Kichiji x OUL Shirogami-2 Santoku 180mm Rose Wood Handle Forged by Yoshikazu Tanaka

Yoshikazu Tanaka is one of Sakai city’s premier knifemakers revered for his expertise, this series utilise Shirogami-2 steel water quenched for high hardness. The knives have a wide bevel grind with rounded spines and choils for increased comfort and machi at the handle to make it easier to remove if polishing. This series come with octagonal rosewood handles with pakka wood ferrules.
